How do I receive my screensaver purchase?
After completing your credit card transaction, within 24 hours, the customer will receive an email from order@expressyourpride.com with a link to the download file and installation instructions.
What are the system requirements for ExpressYourPride.com screensavers?
ExpressYourPride.com screensavers are compatible with personal computers running Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, ME, NT, XP and Vista. Screensavers are unavailable for Mac systems at this time.
I did not receive the product email with the screensaver download link.
If you completed your order and received a confirmation email however your order email did not arrive, please check your "Junk Mail" folder.
If your order email is not located in your primary email onbox or the "Junk Mail" folder, please send an email to productlocator@expressyourpride.com to inquire about your order. Please include your order number in the inquiry.
How do I install the screensaver product?
Below are the installation instructions for the screensaver product. The instructions below are also located in your product email.Please follow the instructions below to install your product:
1. Select the link below to download your product.
http://<download_location>/<Name of installation file>.exe
(**NOTE: If clicking on the link above does not work, try the following:
Select and copy the entire link.
Open a browser window and paste the link in the address bar.
Click GO or, on your keyboard, press ENTER or RETURN.**)
2. When the download dialog appears, "SAVE" and save the file to your desktop.
3. When download is complete, locate your product on your Desktop.
4. Launch your .EXE file and follow the install instructions.
(**NOTE: If using Microsoft Vista, right-click the .exe file and select “Run as Administrator” to begin installation.**)
5. Once installation is complete, the "Display Properties" dialog box will open.
6. Select the "Screen Saver" tab
7. Select the Screen Saver pulldown menu (left of the "Settings" button)
8. Locate and select your screensaver in the pulldown list (name of your download file)
9. To preview your product, select the "Preview" button.
What is the file size of the ExpressYourPride.com screensavers?
Each screensaver file is between 3-8 MB.
How do I uninstall/remove my screensaver from my computer?
To remove a screensaver, go to 'Settings' -> 'Control Panel' -> 'Add/Remove'. Scroll down the list of installed programs until you find your screensaver product "e.g., SouthernIllinoisUniversity_322”. Select your product entry then click 'Remove'.
Are your screensavers free of virus and spyware content?
We want to provide our users with a safe environment for downloading and installing our screensavers. Each screensaver is thoroughly scanned for known viruses and spyware. Additional virus and spyware scanning services on your computer is highly recommended in order to provide the most effective overall protection.
Why does it take so long to download my screensaver?
Many of the screensavers are large files (3-8 MB) and will take a small amount of time to download. If you are utilizing a dial-up connection, the download process will take longer opposed to a broadband connection.
